  • Pay the recurring fees associated with your selected plan.

  • Allow automatic renewal of your subscription unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Acknowledge that unused requests or revisions do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring a safe and reliable transaction experience.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for project requests.

  • Respond promptly to communication to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Refrain from submitting inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Nyarambi remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the designs for the agreed-upon purpose.

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or modify the designs without prior consent unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance for each billing cycle.

  • Refunds are only issued at our discretion and based on the subscription status.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Payments are facilitated via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service, which govern the payment processing.

7. Revisions

Unlimited revisions are included as part of our services. However, revisions must be within the scope of the original project. Requests outside the scope may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nyarambi is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription or access to our services if you:
